another hospital I can check off my list.
woo-hoo.
We arrived at 10 am because I don't like to be late...
and I had no idea where I was going.
We did some bananagram word puzzles together to pass the time.
Then we were called back for the renal ultrasound.
yes... those are photos of my baby's bladder and kidneys.
after ultrasound we went back to the waiting room for ever....
seriously.
another couple hours passed.
my McKenna had not eated since 6pm the night before and it was almost 1pm.
We finally got into radiology...
they felt so badly that they gave us eating coupons for when we might actually get to eat...
I hadn't eaten either because I was wanting to be sympathetic to the needs of my baby girl...
I don't recommend this.
anyway, we had an awesome tech named Brandon who was perfect for McKenna...
they got her cath'd and we waited for her sedation to kick in...
everything looked great on the tests... a huge relief...
She then got to ride in this
eat in 10 minutes and then headed to Dr. O'Hallaren.
Can I say "I LOVE THIS DR.???"

this gives just a small idea of how awesome he was.
I must also mention that at this time McKenna decided that her sedation would truly kick in... and she was like a drunk 9 year old...
ranbling, falling, mumbling...
in fact the Doc said " you better watch this one... one beer when she gets older and she will be falling over..." I said hopefully she will not drink!!
anyway...
and of course Buzz...
anyway...
things look good,
but it is 3 months of antibiotics...
back in Feb for a few more tests...
