More Sugar Cookies + Friends = fun

Saturday afternoon and evening we gained 2 more daughters...

I love it when our house grows with kids.

After my visit with Lisa, you know that I am now a trained Sugar cookie professional!

So of course we had to make Christmas Sugar cookies with all 7 kids.





The recipe..
5 Cups flour
4 tsp baking pwder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup soft butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. Sour Cream

Mix. chill at least 1 hour. cut 1/4" thick. bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.

Frost.
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
