okay so I admit it... I like being domestic!
and I am not going there... I have been there for awhile!
I enjoy cooking...
I enjoy staying home to care for kiddos...
I enjoying nesting in my home...
I enjoy creating scrapbooks...
I am not so into the laundry & cleaning toilets... but I'll admit there is something therapeutic about it!
I feel blessed by my life... it is a wonderful life full of everyday joys & struggles & lots of noise!
Sometimes I wonder what it was like for mommies in the 40's & 50's...
Did they enjoy this type of life as much as I do? Or were they dying to get out into the workforce and bring in the big bucks?
These pictures were taken 2 Sabbaths ago by my Super Syd (5 years old!) I wanted her to catch me in the act of being domestic... putting the finishing touches on our Sabbath meal! and of course to share my new apron!

Great post! I was just thinking of you this afternoon. I figured you have to be the best homemaker I know. Most noteably because you make it look so effortless. So, yeah it shows!
