Sauvie Island

It is that time of year...
and when you have 5 kids it means lots of trips to the pumpkin patch...

On Monday I missed Sydney's trip...
But Wednesday I headed with McKenna & all 3/4 graders to Sauvie Island

They have the coolest corn maze ever.

And I think because I complained about the weather all summer we were given the best pumpkin patch weather.... sunny, blue skies, and 74 degress. LOVE it.
I also found the sight of next years family photo session...

they sent fireman Rich in to rescue us... (we were missing so long)
and one of the moms and I said..
"I refuse to be rescued by a fireman... I will sprint to the finish first..."

And we did.
