In this shot you can actually see the tent that I stayed in!!! Look for the main road that runs top to bottom... toward the bottom toward the left you will see a large tree with a long covered eating area and 20 or more tents lined up on the top an bottom of the eating area. Under the tree was our trailer that we served food from... so in the craziness of Oshkosh International Camporee that is where I spent my week!
This is an overhead view of most of the camporee... the hangers are not pictured here. the upper left corner is the main meeting area where all 35K would meet nightly. we are in the bottom left of the screen. It was about a 3/4- 1 mile walk to the meeting and 1.5 to the hangers where most of the events took place.
